The cooking school is surrounded by three thousand square
meters of fertile land. This idyllic garden permits us to carry out different types of typical Mediterranean agricultural practices, from which we are able to produce a special kind of vegetable with
incomparable tastes, colors, and smells.
The vegetables are harvested just before the preparation of the meal, putting into practice our belief in the importance of raw
materials for the preparation of various traditional dishes.
Those interested can enroll in special courses to learn how to prepare the land, sow the seeds, follow the growth of the plant
until it is ripe and ready to be picked.
All of our products are completely natural and are made without the use of artificial and chemical additives. We put primary
importance in the quality of the foods we create here, and hope to ignite within our students the same passion we have for a healthy and balanced way of eating, the way people here have lived for centuries.
