Odilia Our most basic course, giving students the opportunity to learn three basic menus, starting with an appetizer, and closing with a typical
dessert. This course will consist of three lessons over three different days for a corresponding estimated total of 12 hours per week. Usually takes on Monday – Wednesday – Friday from 4,30 until dinner is served (about
8,30pm)
Laura: This course also gives the student the opportunity to learn five complete menus rather than the three included in the basic course.
Camilla:
This is the most intensive course with a esimated 30 hours of lessons in one week. This course has a estimated 6 additional hours focused on teaching specialty food products and local liquors. You will learn the techniques used
to conserve food and preserve the original flavours and aromas of all the different types of fruits and vegetables that Mother Nature offers in this area during her four seasons.
“One-to-One” and “Two-to-one”
These personalized courses are offered on request. The school provides individual lessons using “one teacher and one student” or “two students and one teacher.” Particularly suitable
for those who do not have a lot of time but want to achieve specific objectives, these courses are organized according to the participant’s specific requirements and needs
